Learn the basic principles of usability testing and how they can be incorporated into a user-centered design process that improves the quality of your site or product. This overview will cover developing, conducting, and reporting findings from a small usability test; and will illustrate why a small test can make a big difference to your users.
Our speaker is Brian Arsenault, currently Senior Web Application Engineer at the Florida State University Center for Information Management & Educational Services and coordinates on-site and remote usability testing for CIMES. Mr. Arsenault earned his MS in Library and Information Studies from FSU in 2000.
